unsweetened coconut flakes and/or roasted cacao nibs.

    Your mix sounds yummy, thank you. Can you tell me where I can find apple juice sweetened sun dried cranberries? I’ve been looking for unsweetened or the apple juice sweetened version for years now with absolutely NO luck. I’d just about given up figuring I would have to wait until the holidays come around and I can buy some fresh ones that I can dehydrate. Oh, and if you have a recipe for doing that I’d appreciate that also…I just want it all! All but the 39 grams of sugar on all the other cranberries that is!

    Thank you Judie and Marcia for your questions. I buy my cranberries in bulk through my local food co-op as a ‘special order’ from Azure Standard. You might check the food co-op in your area. has small bags, several different brands to choose from. I have also purchased from Theirs are sun-dried and they’re a beautiful bright pink color – but a bit pricey so I use them sparingly.
