Proper body alignment can help reduce chronic aches and pains. It’s especially important for people with joint issues or who are facing joint replacement. When our joints are inflamed, the body tries to compensate, but that just leads to more pressure on the muscles that are doing the extra work.
This is a simple yet highly effective exercise, courtesy of Pete Egoscue. You don’t have to get on the floor; in fact, it can be done just about anywhere. Try it daily and see what a difference it makes over time.
